Delivered for the base building ownership team, this speculative suite was designed to reposition vacant space and accelerate leasing within a premium commercial tower.
Completed under a Design & Construct model and within a compressed program, the project was carefully planned to retain and enhance existing elements while presenting a cohesive, high-quality workplace to the market.
The suite was delivered in time for active tenant inspections and successfully leased with minimal downtime, supporting the asset management team’s leasing and income objectives.

JMC Academy – Acting & Movement Studio

Delivered under a Design & Construct model, this project involved the transformation of a specialist teaching environment within a live campus, with all design, approvals and construction required to align with a fixed student holiday window.
The program demanded early coordination and disciplined planning to ensure the space was completed, commissioned and ready for immediate use at the commencement of the academic term.
The project was delivered on time and within budget, providing a high-performing learning environment that enhanced the student experience from day one.
