  • Delivered for the base building ownership team, this speculative suite was designed to reposition vacant space and accelerate leasing within a premium commercial tower.
  • Completed under a Design & Construct model and within a compressed program, the project was carefully planned to retain and enhance existing elements while presenting a cohesive, high-quality workplace to the market.
  • The suite was delivered in time for active tenant inspections and successfully leased with minimal downtime, supporting the asset management team’s leasing and income objectives.

JMC Academy – Acting & Movement Studio

  • Delivered under a Design & Construct model, this project involved the transformation of a specialist teaching environment within a live campus, with all design, approvals and construction required to align with a fixed student holiday window.
  • The program demanded early coordination and disciplined planning to ensure the space was completed, commissioned and ready for immediate use at the commencement of the academic term.
  • The project was delivered on time and within budget, providing a high-performing learning environment that enhanced the student experience from day one.
